E.T.A./E.T.D. messages

a. Vessels with a draught >14.1 mtr. must send E.T.A. 24 & 8 hours before arriving at position 52-30¡¯N 3-50¡¯E, and should confirm the E.T.A. 6 hours before arrival.
b. All other vessels must send E.T.A. 6 hours before arrival and should confirm the E.T.A. 3 hours and 1 hour before arrival.
c. Deviations of more than ¨ö hours to be reported by all vessels.
d. E.T.D. messages Amsterdam-IJmuiden area compulsory, at least 4 hours before departure.
e. E.T.D. messages Den Helder area compulsory, at least 4 hours before departure.

Contents of E.T.A. message

A. Ship¡¯s name and callsign
B. Port/Berth of destination
C. E.T.A. at Racon-buoy for draft ¡Â 14.1 mtr. E.T.A. at 52-30¡¯N 3-30¡¯E for draft > 14.1 mtr.
D. Deepest draft E. Length over all and GT F. IMO number
